1.1997年隨著特別版在戲院重映，這套經典三部曲的原聲帶，可是說是星戰迷每人人手必備！
還記得當時入手時之感動，第一次能夠聽到這麼完整的星戰配樂
而且是原汁原味的原始版本以CD發行，只能用如獲至寶來形容！
2.三集的CD分別是以死星、帝國徽記與反抗軍徽記來呈現
3.另外也以金銀銅三色來分別當成三部曲的代表色
4.三張專輯都各別有一本收藏別冊
5.別冊都蠻厚的，內容豐富，但都只有英文版
6.內容圖文並茂，說明各曲目的意境與相對應的劇情，此為A New Hope的別冊
7.帝國大反擊的別冊
8.絕地大反攻的別冊
9.這一頁的資料，紀錄著A New Hope的配樂，是1977年樂團花了多少時間錄製，
然後最後是取哪一次的演奏版本來收錄
10.當時同時有一般版跟限量收藏版兩種版本，但是站長當時第一時間購買時僅注意到一般版
後來經過一些時日在逛唱片行時，才注意到還有限量版
但已經沒有A New Hope的存貨了
11.不過基本上只是包裝更為豪華而已，裡面樂曲是一模一樣的

1.這套CD是星戰迷應該入手的基本配備，在1997年星戰經典三部曲重新在大螢幕上映之際，也發行了這套有史以來最完整的星際大戰配樂專輯，每一集都是以雙CD的方式呈現，一次滿足了星戰迷完整搜尋星戰配樂的夢想。
2.經典三部曲太多神作了，幾乎每段音樂都適合好好的完整聆聽，但如果要從中挑一些精華中的精華，站長比較喜歡的來推薦，我會推薦下面幾首：
(1)各集的Fox Fanfare/開頭主題曲/片尾曲。(片尾曲常常很多人沒有耐心聽完，但其實片尾曲是該集所有配樂的精華濃縮，非常值得聽)
(2)Cantina Band
(3)Princess Leia's Theme
(4)The Throne Room
(5)The Imperial March (Darth Vader's Theme)
(6)The Rebel Fleet
(7)Yoda's Theme
(8)Jabba's Baroque Recital/ Jedi Rocks

3.這邊要特別提一下ROTJ的片尾曲，它是John Williams為了星戰特別版在1997在戲院重映所特別全新撰寫的，相較於原始版以Ewok的慶典為主，新曲的格局恢弘，伴隨著電影新增各星球的慶祝畫面，再轉至黑武士火化，以決定英靈之姿和尤達及歐比王一起出現，全曲的韻味，讓人有深深意猶未竟之感，當年在電影院第一次聽，就感動得不得了。
